Space includes: Large foyer, bathrooms, small kitchenette, stage area, and full-size gymnasium.
The space is perfect for: Birthday parties, fitness classes, team basketball practices, etc. Check with the Village Office for availability and viable sport options.

Deposit: $150
Rental Rates: $10 per hour, or $35 per day (usage 2.5 hours or longer)
Open Gym Rules
The Village gym is available for Village residents to use for walking, running, basketball, pickleball, and group classes during normal business hours – 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Thurs & 7:30am-1:30pm on Fridays (excluding holidays).
Priority will go to those who formally pay and reserve the space and/or have a formal signed agreement with the Village Office. There is a required 24-hour minimum notice when reserving gym time. Opportunities for open gym are on a first-come, first-serve basis: if more groups come to utilize the space, sharing the gym is preferred (if possible). If sharing isn’t feasible (i.e. pickleball group and basketball group) the first group to sign in is allowed to continue using the gym for 1hr from sign-in time before the next group can use the gym.
Inquire with the Village Office if you intend on doing any other activities with other equipment (must be cleared with office). All participants must wear adequate gym shoes and attire. Usage is at visitor’s risk and will hold harmless the Village of Sherwood against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the visitor(s). Damage or tampering with facility will result in visitor incurring damage expenses and/or banning from future usage.
